Your payment to EduPlan for any tuition-based program includes a $40 non-refundable registration fee ($25 per AP/IB/Honors 4- or 8-hour tutoring block). If you need to request a refund you can do so by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your name, the course in which you are enrolled, and the dates of the course. A refund for tuition payment less this fee will be made if you request the refund no later than 7 business days prior to the start date of your program (or your first scheduled block tutoring session). Refunds after this time cannot be granted due to the need to limit course enrollment and to conduct registration on first-come-first-serve basis, except as outlined in our Fairness Policy below.
In the event you request a refund within 6 business days prior to the scheduled start date of your program or scheduled tutoring session, we will attempt to fill your seat in the program or tutoring block with someone from our Waiting List. If we are successful in filling the seat, we will issue you a refund less the applicable non-refundable registration fee as indicated above. We will notify you at the time of your request of the number of students on the Waiting List for the program or tutoring block in which you are enrolled and will contact you when the seat is filled. In all cases with fewer than 7 business days notice, we reserve the right to decline the refund request if we are unable to successfully fill your seat.
