Who are we? Eduplan is a local, family-run business specializing in assisting college-bound students with all aspects of the college application process, from preparing for admissions tests like the SAT or ACT through choosing a school and completing essays and other aspects of college applications on time. Founded more than 20 years ago, Eduplan has helped hundreds of students go on to attend some of the finest public and private schools in the country. Eduplan instructors (meet them) are full-time, college-trained professionals with certifiable proficiencies in mathematics, critical reading, and writing.
Our Philosophy We believe that very few things in life are as exciting or as uplifting as the experience of going away to college, and it thrills us each time we help a student get successfully admitted to a first-choice school or intended program of study. Our programs are successful because we work with only small groups of students at a time, using a team approach and customizing instruction to each student's specific strengths and needs. We welcome all students from all backgrounds and focus early on in setting the most appropriate personal goals for each individual. In sum, we treat every student as our only student!
What programs do we offer? At Eduplan, students can sign up for a 8-, 12-, 18- or 24-hour personalized prep course for the SAT I or the ACT, or get hourly one-on-one help preparing for the SAT II subject tests, PRAXIS, GRE or GMAT. They can also participate in a College Application Essay Writing Workshop or enroll in our exclusive Get Your Application and Essays Done in 24 Hours Workshop, both of which are designed to take the pressure and procrastination out of the college application process, an often difficult and overwhelming task for both students and parents alike. In addition, students enrolled in AP, IB, or Honors classes can select a tutoring package of hours they can use anytime during the school year to get help when they most need it or just to practice for official end-of-year exams.
When are classes? All of our courses, tutorials and workshops are offered year round. We meet with students after school and/or on weekends, approximately two hours per session. Click here on Programs and Dates for more information about programs and scheduled times.
Where are classes? Classes and workshops are hosted online, via our state of the art virtual lesson studio.
